Crynodeb

North of England Commissioning Support, working for NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group wishes to commission a Home Visiting Out of Hours and Telephony Service. The aim is to deliver a clinically safe, high quality streamlined and integrated urgent care service so that patients are seen, assessed and treated by a single clinician in the patient's home. Using a fully integrated care model with clinicians working collaboratively and flexibly, the service will meet the ‘urgent unscheduled care’ needs (physical and mental health) of adults, young people and children. The service will be of a high quality, provide VFM and be sustainable. NECS utilises an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement with potential providers. There will be no hard copy documents. Communications, including submissions, is via the portal https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS hosted by Proactis, the NECS managed service provider. Submission deadline — Noon on 28.11.2016.
