Rugby Borough Council (RBC) is inviting tenders for a Contractor to process, recover, recycle and if necessary appropriately dispose of non-recyclable or other unacceptable waste materials arising from Rugby Borough Council's collection of co-mingled recycling. A haulage service may also be required, if Lot 2 is awarded.

Rugby Borough Council (RBC) is inviting tenders for a Contractor to process, recover, recycle and if necessary appropriately dispose of non-recyclable or other unacceptable waste materials arising from Rugby Borough Council's collection of co-mingled recycling.
Lot 1: provides the economic operator with an opportunity to fulfill the above requirements without providing a haulage service. Please note that there is no guarantee that this lot shall be awarded. Selection of lots to be awarded is at the full discretion of the Council. Full details of the requirement, the evaluation criteria and how to apply are provided in the tender pack.
