Crynodeb

The framework will cover the construction of all types of social, private and affordable housing and be used by all members to deliver the work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent framework contracts arising from it, Radius Homes Ltd will act as a central purchasing body. The following UK Contracting Authorities shall be able to use the contract(s):

— Radius Homes Ltd, Radius House, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA,

— Radius Housing Association, Radius House, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA,

— Habinteg Housing Association (Ulster) Ltd, Alex Moira House, 22 Hibernia Street, Holywood, BT18 9JE,

— Triangle Housing Association, 60 Eastermeade Gardens, Ballymoney, BT53 6BD,

— Alpha Housing Association, 6 Edgewater Road, Belfast, BT3 9JQ.

Radius Homes Ltd have complied with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and incorporated a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) and communicated information on the award of contract to all tenderers.

That communication provided full information on the award decision and provided time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into. No challenges to the award decision were made and the award decision was confirmed to all tenderers.
