NHS England and NHS Improvement – West Midlands (referred to as the Commissioner) is inviting providers to express interest in delivering Out of Hours urgent dental care services for Lot 1 — Birmingham and Lot 2 — Hereford. As a result of this procurement exercise a contract will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1 April 2021.

TUPE is applicable and Bidders are required to take their own advice on whether TUPE or COSOP will apply to this Lot they and their specific submitted bid.
