II.2.4) Disgrifiad o’r caffaeliad
Wales and West Housing Association is seeking to procure a contractor for a residential development in St Clears.
The works involve the design and construction of 45 units comprising 10 No 2 Person 1 Bedroom Apartments, 4 No 3 Person 2 Bedroom Bungalows, 22 No 4 Person 2 Bedroom Houses, 8 No 5 Person 3 Bedroom Houses and 1 No 6 Person 4 Bedroom House, together with demolition of existing buildings, external works, on and off-site drainage and incoming services.
Notwithstanding that Section II.2.6 - 'Estimated Value' states that the estimated value of the contract is 5,000,000 GBP the estimated value of the contract is between 4,000,000 GBP to 6,000,000 GBP.
Notwithstanding that section II.2.7 states that the contract is not subject to renewal, the Contract will be for a term of 2 years with the option to extend for additional periods subject to practical completion of the works.
