Contractors will be appointed using Plymouth City Council’s Adaptations, Repair, Maintenance and Improvement (ARMI) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), administered by Independence CIC. There is a significant pipeline of work available and skilled contractors are invited to apply at the soonest opportunity.
