The Housing Executive has the ability to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 month periods (or part thereof), subject to satisfactory completion of the work (possible contract period of 3 years). It should be noted, however, that the Housing Executive retains the right not to extend the contract in any one year.

The Housing Executive has the option to extend this contract up to a maximum of a 3 year period, entirely at the discretion of the Housing Executive. This requirement maybe subject to re-tender depending on the Housing Executive's requirements.
