The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators.

Cyfiawnhau unrhyw gyfnod o gytundeb fframwaith sy'n hwy na 8 blynedd: 4 year framework with 2 x 1 year optional extensions. This decision was made to allow for the next iteration of this framework to be merged in to a larger consultancy framework to support a reduction in demand on the supply chain.
