Crynodeb
Tai Tarian is seeking to issue a Contract for Annual Service of Laundry Equipment to include tumble dryers and washing machines to support Tai Tarian in the delivery of its maintenance Programme.
The annual service will cover the laundry equipment for electrical and mechanical parts failure, all labour and call out fees.

Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen
Tai Tarian is seeking to issue a Contract for Annual Service of Laundry Equipment to include tumble dryers and washing machines to support Tai Tarian in the delivery of its maintenance Programme.
The annual service will cover the laundry equipment for electrical and mechanical parts failure, all labour and call out fees.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
It’s Tai Tarian’s intention that the delivery of the Contract assists in the achievement of their commitment towards community benefits as outlined in Tai Tarian’s Community Benefits Policy. Therefore, as a minimum requirement, Tenderers will have to agree that community benefits will become part of the Contract, if a Tenderer does not agree to this, then the Tenderer will be rejected.

Tai Tarian is exercising its right to extend the Return Deadline for Tenders by a period of 4 weeks due to the Christmas period, to allow interested suppliers further time to submit a Tender. Any Tenders already submitted to the Postbox can be amended and re-submitted if necessary, or will remain unopened in the Postbox until the new Return Deadline has closed.
