The Flying Start team within Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is looking to appoint suitably experienced companies to run a high quality, child care services to include daycare, after school, pre-school wrap around, flying start and child care service within the Authority. The required service will be expected to add value to existing services by providing a holistic childcare service to support and compliment existing services by providing opportunities for parents to access other services.
