Refurbishment to meet Scottish Housing Quality Standards of newly purchased stock

Fill gaps in current service delivery such as brick laying , builder work , stone masonry trades

Full scale refurbishments

Conversion of Housing Assets and other Council assets to meet the requirements of the quality Act as was the DDA

Scope and Capacity to undertake maintenance of council stock and other council assets in periods of peak demand to sustain suitable levels of service.

Cover for trades not currently in the PCU employ – Blacksmith , Stone Mason , Bricklayer to cover .

Maintenance of Public Buildings

Emergency requirement for trades in the event of a massive service impact such as storm Arwen recovery effort

Help meet change demands as required by the housing service
