Notice of contract award in relation to / Hysbysiad o ddyfarnu contract ynglŷn â:ENGLISH: Overview of the Requirement: This is the procurement of a bilingual (Welsh/English) online investment system to host Sport Wales' three investment streams:a. Partner investmentb. Community investment (this involves multiple types of grants)c. Elite fundingThe objective of the procurement is to acquire a system which meets the requirements of all three investment streams, as well as meeting the needs of users and stakeholders. The portal should be user-centred, easy to use, accessible, secure, and have the ability to be fully bilingual. It must also integrate with relevant internal systems, such as Sport Wales’ finance system, to support a smooth and efficient investment process.. ******************************************************************************** CYMRAEG:Trosolwg o’r Gofyniad:Caffael system fuddsoddi ar-lein ddwyieithog (Cymraeg / Saesneg) i gynnal tair ffrwd fuddsoddi Chwaraeon Cymru:a. Buddsoddiadau partneriaidb. Buddsoddiadau cymunedol (mae hyn yn cynnwys sawl math o grant)c. Cyllid elitaiddAmcan y caffael hwn yw caffael system sy'n diwallu gofynion y tair ffrwd fuddsoddi, yn ogystal â diwallu anghenion defnyddwyr a rhanddeiliaid.Dylai'r porthol ganolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr, bod yn hawdd ei ddefnyddio, yn hygyrch, yn ddiogel, a dylai fod â'r gallu i fod yn gwbl ddwyieithog.
