Esboniad
The contract was awarded without prior publication of a contract notice in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The Authority required the provision of Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Fabric services and Microsoft Power Platform licences and associated support to meet its cloud infrastructure, data analytics, reporting, application development and business process automation requirements.
The contract was awarded by direct award under the Y23065 Software Products and Associated Services framework agreement
The Authority determined that award to its existing Microsoft licensing partner represented the most efficient route to market and ensured continuity of licensing, support and service management arrangements for critical Microsoft technologies used across the organisation.
