As the leading water and waste water utility in the country we cover the counties of Somerset, Dorset and Bristol, together with South Gloucestershire and parts of Wiltshire and Hampshire. Across this area we have requirements for varying quantities of tools and non-operated plant for our construction and operations/maintenance requirements. Equipment varying from 13T Excavators, Telehandlers, 2T- 9T dumper, compressors, disc cutters and floor saws etc. for example.

The applicant must express their interest by downloading the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) from www.wessexwater.co.uk/HNOPTPQQ then respond to the questions and submit (including all required supporting documentation) by email to phillip.carter@wessexwater.co.uk The applicant must carefully read the instructions in the PQQ and ensure compliance with the requirements stated therein.

Responses to the PQQ shall be assessed and used to short-list applicants who will be invited to tender.

Cyflwyno apeliadau

Wessex Water Services Limited will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.

The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 6) as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England).
