The new school building is to achieve both BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and ‘Passivhuas’ accreditation, previous experience here is desirable however not essential. Key Packages of Interest include; Ceilings and Partitions, External Welsh Larch Timber Cladding, Zinc Roof and Wall Claddings, Composite Aluminium Windows and External Doors (Passivhaus -Standard), Internal joinery. The programmed to commencement of the main works is 3rd October 2016 so should you wish to express any interest in carrying out works on the scheme please email; sell2wales@dawnus.co.ukIn the e-mail please include the following information: in the subject box state 'A669 - Burry Port'; list the company website (if applicable);identify the package of interest from those listed above; detail any similar works undertaken; list any works previously undertaken for Dawnus; experience on passivhaus projects; number of employees; attach insurance certificates. should we feel that you are suitable to undertake the works we will arrange for an enquiry pack to be issued for your requested works package. NOTE: To work for Dawnus Construction all subcontractors must first gain approval status on our approved vendor database.
