The requirements include door furniture, door and windows locks, window restrictors, bolts, hinges, hasps and staples, padlocks and gate catches for use by the company's repairs and maintenance teams on its tenanted and void housing stock, and commercial properties. The contract also includes a requirement for locks and padlocks to secure the company's operational vehicles, buildings, and contents held therein.
The contract is for a period of 2 years with options to extend for a further 3 periods of up to 12 months each. The contract is anticipated to start on 1.10.2018.
