The requirement is to provide grounds maintenance services to Northumbrian Water Ltd. This will include both the Northumbrian Water and Essex and Suffolk Water operating areas. The services will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and other ad-hoc ground maintenance works. There maybe the requirement to provide winter services such as snow clearance and gritting but this is not guaranteed. The requirement will be split into lots and contractors will be able to bid for any or all the lots. There will be six lots in total and in the Northumbrian Water Ltd operating area the work will be split into the following:
1) Northumberland and Tyneside (Excluding Kielder),
2) Central Area,
3) Tees Area,
4) Kielder,
5) Essex,
6) Suffolk.

Only suppliers who have the manpower and relevant machinery and experience to carry out the works should respond to this request. NWG follow strict health and safety policies and procedures which will need to be adhered to.
