The contractor shall select, supply and fit insulation to heating, domestic hot water, steam and condensate pipework in the basement and plant room areas at University Hospital of Wales Cardiff. Insulation is to be fitted where existing insulation is either missing or in poor/damaged condition

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and not award the contract.

The contracting authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing time.
