The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the Service and Maintenance of Sprinklers and Risers.

The area in scope of this contract is located at various sites throughout Bridgend, refer to ITT Pack for full list of locations.

V2C is looking to commence the Contract with the appointed Contractor from November 2023.

The contract term will be for one year with the option to extend up to 2 x 12-month periods or part of (1+1+1).

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives.
