Victim Referral Service - North Wales Police & Dyfed Powys Police

Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen

North Wales Police & Dyfed Powys Police are looking for Suppliers who can provide a Victim Referral Service to victims of crime within their respective Force areas.

The tender will be structured in Lots; Lot 1 for the North Wales Police Service and Lot 2 for the Dyfed Powys Police Service. Each Lot will be evaluated separately and awarded to the top scoring supplier for that Lot. North Wales Police Procurement will lead on this tender on behalf of both Forces.

The contract will commence on 1st April 2024 for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years in multiples of 12 months.

Potential suppliers should be aware that the TUPE regulations will apply to this tender/contract, detailed information will be provided to interested suppliers who sign and return the confidentiality agreement.

Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru a Heddlu Dyfed Powys yn chwilio am gyflenwyr sy'n gallu darparu Gwasanaeth Atgyfeirio Dioddefwyr i ddioddefwyr trosedd o fewn eu hardaloedd Heddlu priodol.

Bydd y tendr yn cael ei strwythuro mewn eitemau sef Eitemau 1 ar gyfer Heddlu Gogledd Cymru ac Eitemau 2 ar gyfer Heddlu Dyfed Powys. Bydd yr eitemau'n cael eu gwerthuso ar wahân ac yn cael eu dyfarnu i'r cyflenwr sy'n sgorio uchaf ar gyfer yr eitemau hynny. Bydd Adran Gaffael Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn arwain ar y broses dendro hon ar ran y ddau Heddlu.

Bydd y cytundeb yn dechrau ar 1 Ebrill 2024 am gyfnod o 3 blynedd i ddechrau, gyda'r dewis i'w ymestyn am 2 flynedd ychwanegol bob 12 mis.

Dylai cyflenwyr posibl fod yn ymwybodol y bydd y rheoliadau TUPE yn berthnasol i'r cynnig/cytundeb hwn. Rhoddir gwybodaeth fanwl i gyflenwyr sydd â diddordeb sy'n llofnodi a dychwelyd y cytundeb cyfrinachedd.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

Social Value question response as part of tender will be included as a contractual requirement.

The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
