Crynodeb
The provision of a Street Homeless Service to help and support those who are street homeless. The Service will work to relieve rough sleeping, providing relevant advice, support and guidance, improving pathways and access to suitable accommodation including emergency shelters activated during severe weather emergencies. The Service will include assertive outreach, drop-in/in-reach and the provision of a severe weather emergency shelter.

Pembrokeshire County Council will shortly be retendering their Assertive Outreach for Street Homeless Service. In order to inform the shape of the future service, we are looking to undertake a Market Engagement/Consultation Event to inform the specification of this service.
The Market Engagement Event will be held in person in Pembrokeshire Archives, Haverfordwest:
