2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill
period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 8th September 2026.

The decision maker (Director of Public Health) is in support of this
intent to award and believes that services will provide support to people who smoke with, or at risk of developing a common mental health illness and /or a long-term physical health condition
(the priority group) and within that, will prioritise working with groups and in areas of the city where smoking rates are higher than average for the city

It is our intention is to award this contract using the most suitable provider process.
