This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
The decision maker (Chief Officer of Public Health) is in support of this intent to award and believes that services will focus on improving quality, innovation and reducing health inequalities.
No conflicts of interest were identified as part of this process.
It is our intention is to award this contract using the competitive process.
The contract will commence 1st October 2026 until 31st March 2029, with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months in any combination
