ClwydAlyn is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to a potential SharePoint Digital Workplace Transformation Programme. The purpose of the engagement is to gather information regarding supplier capability, potential solutions, delivery approaches, indicative timescales, costs and relevant market considerations.

The engagement will be conducted through Sell2wales. Suppliers may respond to either of the proposed lots or both and are not required to address areas outside their expertise.

This exercise is not a call for competition, invitation to tender or commitment to purchase. Responses will be used to inform the scope, affordability, lot structure, timetable and route to market for any future procurement.

Suppliers are invited to provide feedback on capability, potential solutions, delivery approaches, indicative timescales, costs, risks and relevant market considerations. Suppliers may respond to either proposed lot or both.

Responses must be submitted using the mechanism stated in this notice by 6th October 2026. This exercise is for information-gathering and procurement-planning purposes only. It is not a call for competition or commitment to purchase, and responses will not be formally evaluated or used to shortlist suppliers. Information received may inform the scope, budget, lot structure, timetable and route to market for any future procurement.
