9.6 The rates submitted in the Price Schedule shall be deemed to be the full and inclusive consideration for the Services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the rates shall include all costs, charges and expenses associated with the delivery of the Services, including but not limited to:
• Labour costs, including overtime, standby payments, subsistence, insurance, pensions, accommodation and profit.
• Vehicle costs, including acquisition, leasing, fuel, maintenance and related operating costs.
• Maintenance and repair of vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Establishment charges, administrative costs, overheads, postage, telephone and other communications costs
• Small tools, consumables and other miscellaneous equipment.
• The administration, supervision and management of subcontractors.
• Compliance with all obligations, covenants and requirements set out in the Conditions of Contract and other Contract Documents.
• Attendance at meetings with the Authority and all associated preparation and follow-up activities.
