This is an Intention to Award notice for the provision of a Lead Provider for the Tier 4 CAMHS in the West Midlands. Following a robust competitive procedure the Coordinating Commissioner intends to award North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust with the contract to provide Lead Provider for the Tier 4 CAMHS in the West Midlands.<br/>The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £277,918,043.<br/>This is for an existing service with a new provider.<br/>The period of the contract is from 1st April 2027 to 31 March 2032.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 6th October 2026.
