For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to Kate Saunders via email kate.saunders2@wales.nhs.uk by midnight 9th October 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR Wales.’

No providers were excluded from the procurement process, although this was a direct award call off framework without a competition.
There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision at any point during the procurement
