Disgrifiad:

The aim of this procurement is to appoint a single Supplier to provide a range of software products. The Supplier shall provide a range of services related to those products purchased through the agreement, including but not limited to: •Pre-sales advice relating to products available through the Call-off Contract; •Ongoing, pro-active advice on software products; •Asset management services for products purchased through the Call-off Contract; and •Additional services, which are required for the delivery of Software purchased through this Call-off Contract. This includes but is not limited to: •Application proof of concept, integration, deployment and management; •Implementation services; and •Training services.
