Crynodeb

Newport City Homes requirement under this Contract is for the replacement of external cladding system and replacement using an EPS External Wall Insulation system to achieve a U-Value of 0.3 W/m2.K. including all pipe vent and flue extensions. Complete roof covering replacement including all valleys ridges and abutments, battens and replacing felt with a new breathable membrane. This also includes replacement of all roof windows. Also removing and refitting all balcony areas as per specification, and cleaning of the ground floor brickwork that has been stained over the years.
