The works will require alterations / renewals of shop fronts, windows, roof works and associated works, masonry repairs and the like to four property facades - refer to attach planning drawings for scope of works

Only completed PQQ's returned via the Sell2Wales website will be considered. The PQQ will be scored and between 4 - 6 top suppliers will be selected for tendering. Only suppliers that can manage and undertake the whole of the works will be considered
