By a Contract Notice placed in the Official Journal of the European Union (the Contract Notice), Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig Limited (Cartrefi Conwy), a Registered Housing Provider based in the county of Conwy in North Wales, invited expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers (each an Applicant) in relation to the procurement of a public services contract (the Contract) to be entered into with a single service provider (the Service Provider) to undertake the design, supply and installation of its ICT infrastructure services and systems and related support, maintenance and consultancy services, as further set out in the Technical Statement of Requirements (TSoR) published on the Portal (the Services).

This is a Competitive Dialogue exercise conducted in accordance with the EU Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement as implemented in England, Wales and Northern Ireland by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (the Regulations).

Deadline for submission of ISFT responses: 17:00:00 hours on Friday 6th September 2019
