Bangor University is seeking a supplier for the Provision of Linen Hire and Laundry Service to multiple sites across Bangor University North Wales. This contract will be for the Provision of Linen Hire and Laundry Service for multiple locations across Bangor University including but not limited to:
-The Management Centre which offers 56 en-suite guest bedrooms graded as Visit Wales 4 Star. Located on the University campus with stunning views of the Menai Strait and Anglesey.
-Friddoedd Site Long & Short-Term Accommodation, the rooms are all en-suite single bedrooms arranged within units of 8 with shared kitchen facilities.
-Reichel Hall Catering Services
The contract will involve the processing (wash and finish) and transportation (collection and return) of linen items from various sites. The Linen will be hired from the supplier, however, there will be need for Bangor University’s own Shower Curtains to be laundered on a regular basis and other products on an ad-hoc basis.

Due to the nature of the contract there will be increase in demand around conference season during the months of May-September and peak Hospitality season around April-October.
The University would like to understand the level of interest in the market place for Linen Hire and Laundry Service therefore are inviting any interested Organisations to submit an expression of interest to this early opportunity notice. The expected date for release of the Tender notice will
