Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is establishing a multi‑supplier, non‑committal Framework Agreement for the provision of executive and senior leadership development services across NHS Wales. The Framework will provide access to suitably qualified and experienced professionals to support leadership capability, talent management and succession planning for executives, senior leaders, board members and aspiring leaders.

The Framework is structured into Lots covering executive coaching and mentoring, facilitation services, executive development centre design and observation, and specialist speakers and advisors, with provision available in English and Welsh where required.
