Provision of Hot Drinks Vending Solutions

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a fully managed service provision to lease three ‘free vend’ table top hot drinks vending solutions with cup dispensers in three conference rooms. Two vending solutions are currently required at Police Headquarters, Cowbridge Road, Bridgend and one vending solution is required at Bridgend Bridewell, Queens Road, Bridgend.

There may also be an opportunity to provide a similar service provision on other Premises within the South Wales Police Force area during the contract period.

The fully managed service must include cleaning, stock rotation, data capture, resolution of basic machine faults and quality checks.

A variety of hot drinks is required to include, but not limited to, a variety of combinations of tea, coffee & hot chocolate

The contractor shall be deemed to have inspected the site, confirmed all measurements, and taken into consideration all local and existing conditions and to have made themselves thoroughly acquainted with the position and accessibility of the proposed works and the conditions under which they will have to be carried out.
