Crynodeb

Partners within the Brecon Beacons Local Nature Partnership have identified a need to dry seeds collected from grassland areas (to include wildflowers) within the National Park and we are looking to install a facility which will enable us to undertake this. We are open to ideas for design but we currently envisage using a converted shipping container with racking and provision of air flow/extraction. The space available is in the region of 40ft x 15 ft although we want to utilise it efficiently so the facility does not need to be this big. Electricity will be available on site and there is access provision for a Rigid Hiab. Please provide details of the following to allow us to assess tender. 01/09/2023 14:21	Size of Installation The space available quoted does not need to be the size of the facility. We have quoted the whole area to give an idea for access, equipement etc.
01/09/2023 14:43	Installation Date The date quoted is the latest the facility can be installed. We would be happy for it to be installed earlier. Please note the dae for installation will need to be agreed with landowner once contract is let.
01/09/2023 14:50	Further Specification We do not have any further specification documents as we are looking for a contractor who can put forward a suitable tender to achieve our aim of drying wildflower seeds. The seeds to be dried will not be for commercial purposes therefore do not need to any particular industry standards.
