Contract for Housing Repairs and Component Replacement in Two Lots - Area A East
|

Lot 1: Building response repairs, empty homes repair work including gas and electric related work and testing and a range of component replacement or repair work with a range of cost models and options for Physical Adaptation Grant Work, Door and Window Replacement Work;
Lot 2: Electrical response repairs, electric heating installation work, electrical re-wires, repairs to renewable heating installations and periodic electrical testing;
to homes owned or managed by Family Housing Association Wales Ltd and located in functional management area designated “Area A East” and to Swansea Head Office and St Helen’s House office facilities owned or managed by Family Housing Association Wales Ltd.
Some or all of the stated scope may be internalised during the term.
A migration plan will be developed and mutually agreed with the appointed contractor.
