The safety checking, servicing, repair, maintenance and replacement of domestic gas fired heating boilers and installations and to a small number of oil fired and air source renewable heating installations and plumbing repair works to homes and offices owned and managed by FHA.
Some or all of the stated scope may be internalised during the term.
A migration plan will be developed and mutually agreed with the appointed contractor.
