Crynodeb
A re-valuation of the Authority’s Land and Buildings for the purposes of preparing the Authority’s 2019/20 Statement of Accounts in line with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy recommended Code of Practice and the RICS Red Book.
A up to date property gazetteer and asset register, risk assessments (identifying public liabilities and future property market trends rather than natural risks posed by open countryside), summary of covenanted obligations and restrictions and assessment of maintenance liabilities.
A strategic Asset Management Plan to guide the management of the Authority’s land and built assets
