Crynodeb
The National Library of Wales (NLW) is seeking to procure a wayfinding evaluation, design, production and installation company with expertise in public sector and heritage spaces to undertake the design and installation of a signage and wayfinding system for the interior of the National Library of Wales (NLW). The National Library of Wales (NLW) is seeking to procure a wayfinding evaluation, design, production and installation company with expertise in public sector and heritage spaces to undertake the design and installation of a signage and wayfinding system for the interior of the National Library of Wales (NLW). It is a condition of the tender submission that all interested contractors complete an authorised site visit prior to submitting their tenders.

Additional date added for site visit
Due to the short notice of the site visit date, we have added a further site visit date on 1pm on Wednesday 17th December at 1pm.
Any questions asked and answered on these site visits will be strictly noted and shared on Sell2Wales for all prospective suppliers to see.
All prospective suppliers are also welcome to visit the public areas of the Library site during normal opening hours. The wayfinding is for the public areas of the building.

Roedd problemau technegol gyda hysbysiadau e-bost Sell2Wales cyn cyfnod y Nadolig yn golygu na chafodd cwestiynau eu hateb mor gyflym ag y dylent fod wedi cael eu hateb. Rydym wedi penderfynu caniatáu un slot ymweliad safle arall ac ymestyn y dyddiad cau o 2.5 diwrnod.
Technical issues with Sell2Wales email notifications prior to the Christmas period meant that questions were not answered as quickly as they should have been. We have decided to allow one further site visit slot and extend the deadline by 2.5 days.

Please arrange with rhodri.apdyfrig@library.wales to confirm attendance or to register for a Teams call guided tour.
Any company are welcome to visit the public areas of the building themselves.
The scope of work does not extend beyond the public areas of the building.
