BravoSolution has overall responsibility for any technical queries including:
Access to the BravoSolution etenderwales portal;
Access to the online ITT and technical parameter documents via the portal; and
System advice and guidance.

Any clarification requests relating to the contents of the ITT should be directed to NRW via the message portal in etenderwales. Once a bidder raises a clarification NRW’s response will be posted via the message portal within the etenderwales system and broadcast to all interested parties. Clarification responses will include both the original clarification request and the response but will be anonymised.
Bidders must raise clarifications on the content of this ITT by the deadline set out. NRW is under no obligation to respond to clarification requests received after this deadline.
Any clarification requests should clearly reference the appropriate paragraph in the ITT documentation and, to the extent possible, should be aggregated rather than sent individually.
Bidders must return their tender response via the etenderwales system by the deadline set out. Late tender responses may, at NRW’s discretion, be discounted from further consideration.
NRW reserves the right to extend the deadlines set out at its absolute discretion. Any extensions granted will apply to all bidders.
