Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with Damp proofing services. The project is a reactive programme for the treatment of damp at various properties throughout Trivallis stock, primarily in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This is a reactive programme for the provision of the following: I. Chemical DPC Wall injection and associated works II. Floor Renewals due to Fungus/beetle eradication and associated works III. Irrigation of walls and associated works IV. Wall/partition renewals due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works V. Kitchen units/cupboards works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works VI. Damp proof treatment to plasterwork VII. Plumbing works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works VIII. Mould Treatment and associated works IX. Tanking and associated works The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
