The principal outputs of the 3 year contract, is to provide a cloud based Telephone System plus relevant support and maintenance for this system and to update and improve services, cost savings, effectiveness, and resilience.

In particular future proofing in respect of upward and downward scalability of the number of users. Flexibility to accommodate the Head Office (Caerphilly) and Swansea office closures at the end of November 2022 and the continuation of 109 telephone users (staff) to work remotely. The number of telephone users will vary throughout the life of the contract therefore, pricing should incorporate a scalable flexible approach.

Cwmpas’ expectation is that the overall value of the work contracted for under this contract will be no higher than £18k/year in the first year which includes migration and setup costs excluding VAT. For the following two consecutive years should be for cost of maintenance/support and licensing for the telephone system only. Please note that we will be looking for the most competitive and compliant bid.

The solution we require must utilise our current mobile devices e.g. mobile phone and computer soft phone, with the possibility of needing to purchase a few new desk phones.

The detailed requirements for the system are outlined in a separate document “Requirements and Pricing - Annex 1, Ref CTS/R&P/11/07/22”
