One lift replacement within the premises of Cwrt Anghorfa, Pyle Road, Pyle, Bridgend CF33 6LS, as detailed within the specification.
The lift was originally installed in approximately 1979. The lift has subsequently received a partial modernisation, which is understood to have been completed in 2008. Due to the age of some of the retained and updated equipment, the unit now requires full replacement.
