Our General Needs properties are broken down into the following property types;
488 - Flats
797 - Bungalows
1451 - 2 bed homes
3069 - 3 bed homes
62 - 4 bed plus homes
Tai Calon require a STAR survey of its tenants to be undertaken in quarter 2 2013 .
The aim of the survey is to:
-Identify tenant satisfaction levels with services received and to identify their priorities
-identify shortcomings, problems and gaps in services and find ways of improving these
-compare data against previous results obtained from STAR 2012 3
-capture information on Tai Calon’s journey and inform its future plans to deliver excellent services to its tenants
We require a survey to be representative of our tenant profile and property type. The survey is to be confidential so that Tai Calon Data Controllers can relate it to the information that we hold on individuals and our properties to make informed service improvement decisions. This piece of work is key to providing feedback to the organisation on issues linked to its future strategic and operational direction.
A competent and experienced supplier is needed to undertake:-
-Re-design of the questionnaire
-Sufficient surveys to achieve adequate response levels
-Accurate data entry of responses
-Checks that those responses are representative
-Data analysis with appropriate disaggregation via tenant type (general needs, leaseholders or supported living)
-Provision of raw survey data in Excel format
-Final results must provided in a detailed written report with full data tables
All proposals must fully comply with Housemark’s “A guide to running STAR – How to conduct STAR and resident satisfaction surveys JulyOctober 20152 Version 32.0 ” It must be read in conjunction with “STAR Features” and with reference to “STAR Questions”.
