Chwarae Teg are looking to procure provision of and transition to a cloud-environment, a DaaS/PCaaS solution, including complete IT Management & Support. Tenderers are requested to understand the specification document and ensure the specified requirements can be achieved. Your understanding of our requirements shall be reflected in your Pricing schedule return. Chwarae Teg will consider all commercial models which will meet our requirement for a service solution that:  Is easy to manage both commercially and operationally  Delivers requirements quickly and efficiently, (to enable, add value & support a move to Home Working)  Provide flexibility with respect to future requirements and service options  Is cost-effective both on day one and as the service grows  Is more cost-effective and appropriate for the business requirements that our current solution.

Chwarae Teg are looking to procure provision of and transition to a cloud-environment, a DaaS/PCaaS solution, including complete IT Management & Support.

Tenderers are requested to understand the specification document and ensure the specified requirements can be achieved. Your understanding of our requirements shall be reflected in your Pricing schedule return.

Chwarae Teg will consider all commercial models which will meet our requirement for a service solution that:  Is easy to manage both commercially and operationally  Delivers requirements quickly and efficiently, (to enable, add value & support a move to Home Working)  Provide flexibility with respect to future requirements and service options  Is cost-effective both on day one and as the service grows  Is more cost-effective and appropriate for the business requirements that our current solution.

17/04/2020 15:48	Extension to Tender Submission (new deadline 7th May 2020) Please be informed that we are looking to extend this ITT for a further 2 weeks. Although the deadline for submission is extended, It is worth noting that there are no changes in the tender documents itself, all requirements and the contract end date will remain the same (i.e. contract will need to end concurrently with our funding period). We are also flexible with the start date of the contract and each tender submission will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you have any queries, please use the Sell2Wales postbox to submit your questions. Updated timescales will follow shortly.
