Tai Calon is seeking a competent contractor to carry out external works within the curtilage of the properties to remove HHSRS hazards and to bring gardens up to WHQS standard. The works will include garden clearance, ground works, masonry works, fencing, guarding to changes in level and other associated building work.
It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 1st July 2020 for a 2 year period, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
