The framework will be awarded to a maximum of two suppliers.
Each supplier will be ranked in order according to the ranking determined through the predetermined scoring matrix as set out in the tender documents. Work will be directly awarded according to the rates of the framework to the top ranked supplier. If the highest ranked supplier cannot undertake the activity based on agreed Framework rates at the time, or have difficulty supplying the work, they must decline the offer asap (within 2 days), the work will be offered to the second ranked supplier to undertake the work at their framework rates.
This will be done where NRW deem it appropriate, inclusive of but not limited to the following: -
• The primary supplier not having the capacity, resource, or time to deliver the requirement.
• The primary supplier frequently fails to deliver in line with the framework.
• The primary supplier has a conflict of interest.
