Custom Printed Lanyards

Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen

Pembrokeshire College is requesting quotations for the supply of custom printed lanyards.

We require flat polyester lanyards, 15mm wide by 850mm long with black plastic safety breaks and metal trigger clips. Five sets of lanyards are required as follows:

1. 4,000 student lanyards printed one-sided with the Pembrokeshire College logo and the words “STUDENT / MYFYRIWR”. The logo and the lettering is to be printed in Pantone white c and the lanyard colour is lime green Pantone 2292 c.

2. 300 student lanyards printed one-sided with the University of Wales Trinity St David logo and the words “HE STUDENT / MYFYRIWR AU”. The lettering is to be printed in Pantone white c. The logo is a three colour design using Pantone blue 300c, Pantone yellow 116c and black. The lanyard colour is Pantone purple 268.

3. 100 student lanyards printed one-sided with the Swansea University logo and the words “HE STUDENT / MYFYRIWR AU”. The logo and the lettering is to be printed in Pantone white c and the lanyard colour is Pantone purple 268.

4. 200 class rep lanyards printed one-sided with the Pembrokeshire College logo and the words “CLASS REP / CYNRYCHIOLYDD CWRS”. The logo and the lettering is to be printed in Pantone white c and the lanyard colour Pantone orange 021c.

5. 200 mentor lanyards printed one-sided with the Pembrokeshire College logo and the words “EXPECT RESPECT MENTOR / MENTOR DISGWYL PARCH”. The logo and the lettering is to be printed in Pantone white c and the lanyard colour is Pantone process yellow U.

6. 200 visitors’ lanyards printed one-sided with the Pembrokeshire College logo and the words “VISITOR / YMWELYDD”. The logo and the lettering is to be printed in Pantone white c and the lanyard colour Pantone red 032c.

Please indicate the delivery lead time from the date of approval of the lanyard design proofs.

Please indicate the unit cost, the artwork costs and the delivery costs in the quotation. Please submit prices EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

The award will be made on price only.

If you are successful in your quotation, the prices you have offered will be entered into the Contract Documents.

The College’s standard Terms and Conditions of Agreement, attached, will be applied to any contract awarded as a result of this exercise.

The contract will be awarded week commencing 13 June 2016.

Contracts will not be awarded to suppliers who cannot deliver the goods before 15 August 2016.
