The Construction of a new Community Building on an existing Primary School Site in Holyhead. The SIPS Frame supplier has been appointed directly by the Council. Critical that substructure and erection of SIPS Frame are carried out over the summer holidays.

Qualification Questionnaire
The council will assess the responses of the generic and lot specific qualification questionnaires to identify organisations with sufficient capacity and capability to successfully deliver the contract. These sections will be assessed using pass/fail criteria.
FAILING A SINGLE SECTION WILL MEAN THAT A TENDER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FURTHER AND WILL BE REJECTED.
Technical and Commercial Questionnaires
The Council will evaluate responses for all Tenders who have successfully passed the Qualification Questionnaire. Responses will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer by an evaluation panel representing a range of Council stakeholders using a balance of :
30% Technical (Quality) and 70% Commercial (Price).
