Bron Afon is carrying out a procurement exercise to identify suitably qualified domestic electrical contractors. We have a requirement to ensure compliance on 800 properties. Bron Afon is carrying out a procurement exercise to identify suitably qualified domestic electrical contractors. We have a requirement to ensure compliance on 800 properties. The proposed Contract is split into two separate lots with up to 400 properties assigned to each lot which require the tendered services.

Nature of the electrical works
Good Day All,
For clarity the nature of the works that are being tendered cover inspecting, testing and also any small remedial works that have been identified via the inspection (i.e. category 2 defects).
